I’m an award-winning Facilitator, Coach and Founder of The Wellbeing Pathway. I bring 20 years’ experience in leadership and wellbeing roles, with a keen interest in workplace wellbeing and how we can thrive as individuals and communities. A Business graduate from Ulster University, I have a Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health, a Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring with the ILM and hold a Health Promotion Certificate from the Open University. I have undertaken a wide range of CPD in psychology, leadership, mindfulness, and women’s health and I’m trained in ASIST and I am a Mental Health First Aider. Currently I am studying to be a Certified Breath, Laugh and Relax Coach.
