Facilitate self care by enabling people to escape to outdoor destinations, engaging in ‘green therapy’ collectively to benefit their mental and physical wellbeing.
We are passionate about engaging with the natural setting and history of our forested, moorland and upland destinations. We know how taking time to explore these destinationsbrings people together, families – friends, work colleagues and strangers alike – refreshes lives, focuses minds and thinking and helps recalibrate priorities like nothing else.
We understand how the variety these destinations offer provide opportunities to challenge oneself, to rise to those challenges, to de-stress at times of pressure, to see issues more clearly, to connect with others, to communicate more openly, to benefit from enhanced self esteem and physical and mental wellbeing and to gain a deeper appreciation of the environment.
Our long term aim is to play a part in promoting positive mental and physical health across communities.
