As a child, I spent countless hours outdoors – climbing trees, exploring streams, and catching little fish in jam jars! And while you won’t find me wading in streams these days, my love for nature and its restorative power has stayed with me. These early experiences taught me the importance of connection, curiosity and simply being present in the natural world. Now, as a volunteer at Positive Steps Outdoors, I use my passion for the outdoors to create engaging content that highlights the transformative power of nature. Through social media, I help share how our green space therapy programmes support mental health, team bonding and personal well-being.
